Alcoholism

Start with Clonazepam 0.50mg BD to induce sleep and stop drinking for 2 days, then give atenolol 50mg od + gabapentin 300mg OD, then give naltrexone 10mg bd +acamprosate 666mg tds.
For 3 month..

Disulfiram cause aversion by causing vomiting with alcohol. But much benefit not found.

Escitalopram 10mg OD if alcoholism due to depression.

Add thiamine 100 -250mg iv for several days..
Consider Mg levels.
